Auction Details:

Your best approach to bidding will be to contact us as soon as possible with the highest amount you are willing to pay for each item, as you will only be able to bid once. Bids will be recorded and prioritized according to the date and time specified automatically in your email. 1st class USPS mail bids will be recorded as 5 pm on the postal mark date, so you need to be sure that there is a legible postal mark with the date included.

Be sure to include in your bid: the name of the item and the amount you are willing to pay, your name and phone number so that we can contact you easily if there are any issues or questions concerning your bid.

Deadline for placing bids is November 14, 11:59 pm. Bids postmarked after November 14 will not be accepted. The auction will officially close on November 20, 2020 when bids will be tabulated.

For each item a shipping cost has been listed. Shipping will be added to the winning bid amount.

Winners will be notified via any of email/phone/mail within a week of November 20, 2020 for payment. Once the payment has cleared, the item will be shipped or local pickup arranged at the society's convenience. Shipping of books will be done via Media Mail which may require extra time, so please plan accordingly.
