April 24, 2018: Ritchie County Historical Society Meeting, General Thomas M. Harris School Museum, 217 W. Main St., Harrisville. Skylar McCumbers will also present her Social Studies project on the Ritchie Mines.

April 28, 2018: RCHS Annual Genealogy & History Fair, Old Harrisville Gymnasium, 950 Helen St., Harrisville, WV. 9:00am to 2:00pm. Free admission, concession stand available. Vendors include Calhoun County Historical Society, Doddridge County Historical Society, Gilmer County Historical Society, Hacker's Creek Pioneer Descendants, Ritchie County Historical Society, Roane County Historical Society, and Wood County Historical Society. Vendor space is still available at $10 per table. For more information call 304-643-2738.

May 22, 2018:  Old Stone House Museum, Pennsboro, Open House Tours start at 6:00 p.m., RCHS meeting at 7:00pm.

June 26, 2018: RCHS Meeting, 7:00 p.m., Pennsboro B&O Railroad Depot. Presentation of "Importance of B&O Railroad and Depot to Pennsboro."

July 24, 2018: RCHS Meeting, 7:00 p.m., Smithville Community Building. Presentation on "Staunton Turnpike."

August 28, 2018: RCHS Meeting, 7:00 p.m., Pennsboro Library with "Show and Tell" Program.
